Thursday – March 30th – Jude 1:21     -----

1:21) keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

The Daily Walk Bible inspirational thought for today:
THERE IS A VAST DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PUTTING YOUR NOSE IN OTHER PEOPLE’S BUSINESS AND PUTTING YOUR HEART IN OTHER PEOPLE’S PROBLEMS.*

Happy Thursday to you! On our calendar reminder for today’s blog is the reemergence of our annual run of Cars-N-Coffee beginning this Saturday from 8am – 10am. Held on the first Saturday of each month from April to October car enthusiasts from all over the St. Louis area descend on SunRise with their prized vehicle possessions. Cars range for early classics, to 70’s muscle cars, to the latest models from all manufacturers. Bring your car to show (park in the Twin Chimneys lot) or come and walk the SunRise parking lot and enjoy the sights, sounds, and conversations – parking for non-show cars is in the McClure lot.

In our pick verse for today Jude continues his encouragement for believers to remain true to their faith in God. Whatever others may be doing, or say it is okay to do, as believers we are to keep ourselves within the scriptural designated boundaries of God’s love where He can reach us and bless us on a daily basis. Only in doing this may we confidently expect the eternal life promised by our Lord Jesus Christ. The carefully crafted temptations from the devil can be very appealing and even make sense to our logical human way of thinking, but we are to remember God’s ways are perfect and far exceed the wisdom or wishes of humankind.

Blessings
