Monday – July 3rd – Revelation 6:3-4 -----
6:3) When the Lamb broke the second seal, I heard the second living being say, “Come!”
4) Then another horse appeared, a red one. Its rider was given a mighty sword and the authority to take peace from the earth. And there was war and slaughter everywhere.

Yes, today is Monday and the first one of its kind in July 2023. A big reminder to those who would like to have their membership in the new SunRise Church. As of July 1st , SunRise officially became an independent church in the Wesleyan tradition. You are invited to become a charter member of SunRise Church O’Fallon Missouri by joining me on Saturday July 15th at 9am to become an official member. If you have not taken a new member class in either 2022 or in 2023 you will need to be part of a class for membership. You can access the sign-up page through either the SunRise website or app under the events tab. There will be additional class dates in August, September, and October. In our pick verses today, the second seal is broken and the elder beckons John to “come and see” the next round of events. Appearing now is a red horse mounted by a rider with a sword and God’s authority to remove peace from the face of the earth. When peace is removed from the earth and from the hearts of humanity the natural result will be the breakdown of civil order. And when civil order is destroyed the result will naturally flow to acts of war. Remember, that at this moment in time those who had expressed a faith and belief in Jesus had been raptured into Heaven. Those who remained on earth for these catastrophic events are those who had rejected Jesus. However, God still has the doors of Heaven open for those who need such unsettling events to turn their hearts to Him.
